VH1 Tool Academy’s Christie Cohen Goes Under The Knife at Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery
Move over, Heidi! Christie Cohen, girlfriend of winning “tool” from VH1’s Tool Academy, Jacob Tapia (aka “JT Extreme”), will be undergoing four simultaneous plastic surgery procedures. On June 18, 2010, Dr. Michael Salzhauer, board certified plastic surgeon of Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery, will be performing Rhinoplasty, a Brazillian Butt Lift (including Liposuction) and an Upper Blepharoplasty on the reality television star.
