Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “ I don’t believe that plastic surgery did indeed ruin Heidi Montag’s marraige. Heidi seemed to have a problem with self-image and perhaps her self-confidence to have undergone so many procedures to “perfect” herself. Whether this feeling came from her husband or just self induced, if you do not truly love yourself how can you expect anyone else to, right?! I think that is more likely to be the issue that broke up her marriage.”
