I think Greta Van Susteren has a conservative improvement from her eyelid surgery. If she were to get Botox to her forehead and around her eyes she would most likely reveal a more noticeable and youthful improvement. The Botox would smooth out the lines in her forehead and the wrinkles around her eyes. Botox can also give her brows a slight lift enhancing the conservative results she has received from her eyelid surgery.
