84-year old Hugh Hefner has announced his engagement to 24-year old Playmate Crystal Harris. He has admitted to teeth implants and a necklift and may have also gotten a facelift, what do you think? Also, she looks to have breast implants, anything else? Botox, nose job, lip augmentation?
Hugh Hefner has most likely had a modest facelift over the years. He seems to be leaving most of the cosmetic surgery up to his girlfriends. His new fiancé, Crystal Harris appears to have had a Breast augmentation and a Rhinoplasty along with Botox and dermal filler treatments to her face.

Hmmmmm…..this seems pretty sick to me! An 84 yr old man with a 24 yr old girl??? 60 yrs between them! What is really going on in this world! She is a pretty “girl” sad to say it looks like she could use a new fashion designer! That dress is not at all flattering on her. Maybe Hugh can buy her one after her tummy tuck!
