Hef pays for plastic surgery for his Playmates, is this common for a “boyfriend” or boss to pay for plastic surgery?
It is quite common for a boyfriend or spouse to pay for their girlfriend’s/ wife’s plastic surgery. It is not common for a boss to pay; however, I could see Hef paying for plastic surgery for one of the models and viewing it as an investment for him and their career.
