Katy Perry before she was famous looked very different. Is the difference just hair color and makeup, or is it also plastic surgery?
Katy Perry has certainly come into her own style and look over the years. Her hair and makeup are a dramatic part of her new adult and glamorous look. She probably maintains her youthful glow with Botox to her forehead and fillers to her lips, but otherwise looks like she hasn’t had any cosmetic surgery.
