Natalie Portman does appear to have had a nose job.  The tip of her nose appears lifted and more defined. She is young and pregnant and should not have any cosmetic procedures at this time. 

Mila Kunis

It appears that Mila Kunis has had a Rhinoplasty narrowing the width and tip of her nose.  She probably treats her forehead with Botox keeping her skin looking so smooth.  To boost her look for the big night she could use a dermal filler such as Restylane of Juvederm to give her lips a full youthful look.

 

Wynonna Ryder 

Wynonna Ryder appears to have had a Nose Job.  Her nose looks thinner and more defined. She is starting to look very thin in the face and may benefit from some fillers to replenish lost volume in her cheeks and give her a more youthful look.
