 I do not believe Mark Wahlberg has had any cosmetic surgery.  He has a natural rugged look.  His eyelids are beginning to droop and in a few years he may need, or want to, correct that so it does not interfere with his vision and will also give him a youthful boost to his appearance.

 

 Christian Bale

Christian Bale may have had a nose job or Rhinoplasty cosmetic surgery.  The tip of his nose has a very defined point.  He also appears to treat his forehead with Botox giving him a very smooth look to his face.

 Amy Adams

Amy Adams may have had a conservative nose job to get rid of a hump on the bridge of her nose.  She has beautifully smooth skin most likely from Botox treatments.
