Vienna Girardi’s New Nose

25-year old Vienna Girardi has apparently always been self-conscious of her schnoz, which subjected her to bullying in the schoolyard.

“In school, they called me Pinocchio,” Vienna told UsWeekly. “I wanted to look like myself, only softer.”

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “It is hard to say how Vienna Girardi’s Rhinoplasty results will look so soon after surgery.  Recovery from a nose job usually consists of 1-2 weeks of bruising and swelling around the nose and eyes areas, and wearing a protective splint to cover the nose as it heals.  To see the final results after all the swelling has subsided, usually takes a few months.  Depending on the individual and how they heal, it can sometimes take up to nearly a year before evaluating the final results.  Vienna didn’t appear to need any reconstruction performed so her recovery should be quick and she should be able to reveal her new nose soon.”
