Australian paparazzo Darryn Lyons is one of the housemates on Celebrity Big Brother and has admitted that it is not only the female contestants who have been surgically enhanced. He himself has had “contouring” plastic surgery to create the illusion of a washboard stomach.
46-year old Australian paparazzo Darryn Lyons has a very artificial looking torso, but that hasn’t stopped Darryn from strutting his stuff and showing off. On the show, he revealed his plastic surgery pecs, saying, ” I had contouring done to my body.”
Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “A natural six pack is very hard to achieve. Only with vigorous exercise and strict diet can you achieve the muscle definition and lean body mass to flaunt a ripped six pack bearing abdomen. It is quite obvious that the celebrity Big Brother contestant paid his way to his six pack. The definition in his abdomen does not match the rest of his physique. He probably should have opted for a little liposuction instead. Often after seeing a trimmer body post- liposuction, patients are motivated to hit the gym more and eat better to maintain and improve their new look.”
Additional Comments about this new look: “This is great. One of the contestants on Celebrity Big Brother has had no shame in showing off his impossibly sculpted six pack. This is when abdominal etching (specialty liposuction to make the fat look like a six pack of muscle) goes horribly wrong. Who ever saw a man with a potbelly have a six pack? He looks like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle!”
