Micaela Schaefer is already big news in Germany and thanks to appearances on America’s Next Top Model and Big Brother, the German-born beauty is already starting to turn heads Stateside. But without plastic surgery, how far would the glamorous Micaela get?

28-year old Micaela Schaefer got the gossip blogs going when she appeared at an event in a sheer, skintight catsuit with a plunging neckline. The revealing wardrobe choice showed off not just Micaela’s penchant for working out, but also her very obvious plastic surgery.

Wearing no bra, Micaela’s breasts appeared large and very round, which is typical after breast augmentation. In addition, it looks as though Micaela has also had a nose job, leaving her with a very symmetrical and straight nose. Despite being a little young, Micaela also looks to use Botox in her forehead as well as fillers in her lips and cheeks.

While Micaela has clearly spent her share of time under the knife, the results are very good, even if they are easy to see.
