Why do so many people who have a Rhinoplasty also get a chin implant?
This has a lot to do with balance. A beautiful face is considered to be one that has all facial features in proportion. The augmentation of a chin will help to improve facial proportions. There are some instances where the size of a nose can be reduced by adding a chin implant to provide balance. Many people also often get the neck area liposuctioned with a Rhinoplasty and/or chin implant. That can be done using the same incision that will be used for the chin augmentation.
