Recent photos of Khloe show the basketball wife as having very full cheeks. Some have suggested that cheek implants are the reason behind her prominent cheeks, but it could also be the result of a little too much of a dermal filler.

Given Khloe’s busy filming schedule, it is unlikely that she took time off camera for plastic surgery recovery, but she may have visited a plastic surgeon for fillers. If fillers are the cause of Khloe’s “chipmunk cheeks”, the good news is that it will eventually wear off, leaving her with a more natural appearance.

On the other hand, Khloe’s full cheeks could be the result of clever makeup application.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “Khloe Kardashian has always had a round face with full cheeks.  I think she has just used some creative make-up tricks to highlight her beautiful cheeks.  I don’t believe she has or needs cheek implants.”
