Is Keira Knightley Getting Breast Implants?

A few years back, Keira Knightley revealed her desire for breast implants in an interview. Fast forward to now and Keira is still showing no signs of obvious plastic surgery.

26-year old Keira Knightley revealed wanting breast augmentation in an interview with AskMen.com UK back in 2006. Five years later, Keira still doesn’t show signs that are typical after breast augmentation, including a fuller bust.

In the interview, Keira is quoted as saying, “I’d love to have tits, but I don’t – I have pecs.”

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “Women with thin frames that decide to have a Breast Augmentation need to stay conservative with the implant size if they are looking to maintain a natural looking result. Keira Knightley should probably chose a silicone implant no greater than 400cc to fit her very thin frame. She is young and beautiful and does not appear to have had any cosmetic surgery thus far, and I’m she will look fantastic if she does undergo a Breast Augmentation to enhance her shape.”

Keira is thought to have had a nose job, so she is not completely unfamiliar with plastic surgery recovery.

Also in the interview, Keira seemed positive about plastic surgery being in her future saying, “I know my looks won’t last forever. In five years time I will probably be having Botox, face-lifts, nose jobs and false hair!”

We’ll see if 2012 is the year that Keira takes the plastic surgery plunge.
