39-year old Cameron Diaz is in the best shape of her life and recently showed off her very fit figure in a bikini while on vacation. In addition to a flat stomach, she looked a little fuller in the chest region, likely the result of breast implants after breast augmentation.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “It appears that Cameron Diaz is flaunting a bit more cleavage in her bikini these days. She appears to have chosen a very conservative breast implant size, most likely in the high 200s to low 300cc range.  Probably a silicone implant placed under the muscle to give her such a natural looking result.  It looks great and really compliments her great figure.”

Cameron has spent time under the knife before, for nose jobs after breaking her nose multiple times. More recently, Cameron may have turned to fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm to fill in the deeper lines as she ages and loses weight.

Cameron looks great in a bikini, with or without plastic surgery and seems to have successfully fulfilled her wish to look a little curvier.
