Dr Mel Ortega, the newest addition to our team, hails originally from sunny south Florida. Bilingual in both Spanish and English, he has over 25 years of surgical experience. He is certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic surgery. We are confident that his extensive surgical experience, artistic results and compassionate demeanor will be a true asset to our practice.

It is Rosy's warm and sweet disposition that makes her a favorite among patients and staff alike. She is responsible for managing all of our practice's resources, particularly the staff. She goes out of her way to make sure that our staff is happy so that they can make our patients happy.

Meet Arianny Sturla,
Call Center Manager/Patient Coordinator |
It is Arianny's vast knowledge of medicine in general and plastic surgery in particular that makes her such an asset to our practice. She manages our call center to assure that all of our patients receive excellent customer care. Arianny also coordinates patient surgeries and is always there to answer our patients' questions or concerns.

Meet Monica Ortega,
Pre/Post Operative Care Manager |
Monica is our "pre and post-surgery shoulder to lean on." She guides all our patients through the pre/post operative process. Before surgery she prepares patients by educating them as to what to expect. After surgery and throughout recovery, Monica contacts our patients on a regular basis to see how they are feeling and healing. She is the emotional support our patients need to have an excellent aftercare experience.

Meet Jovana Eschevarria,
Call Center/Patient Coordinator |
It is often Jovana's sweet voice that you will hear when you call our practice. She answers patient questions and directs them to the appropriate person they need. Jovana also coordinates patient surgeries with a genuine concern and care for our patients.
